The culture at my office

Working at my office has been a mixed bag, but overall I appreciate the collaborative atmosphere. Teams genuinely pitch in when deadlines loom, and brainstorming sessions often spark innovative ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. I also value the open-door policy — it makes leadership approachable and encourages open dialogue.

On the flip side, there’s sometimes underlying tension between departments, which can slow down decision-making. Meetings can feel overly structured, leaving little room for spontaneity or creativity. I think one area for improvement is recognition of small wins; people work hard, but accomplishments aren’t always celebrated.

Still, I love that the office has a dynamic energy — it keeps me engaged and motivated. With a few adjustments, especially in communication and appreciation, I feel the environment could be even better.
