Louise: So what do you think the best, uh, workplace environment is?

Emma: Um, I think it really depends on the person, and you have to find one that you really fit in with, so that, um, you can stay motivated and- and really engaged in the work that you’re doing. Um, what do you think- what do you think is the best place for you? Do you have any specific wants or needs in what you’re looking for?

Louise: I guess, I, the last place I worked I really liked the, uh, uh, there’s a lot of different people and so I felt like ideas really flourished and you know you kind of like sound off ideas on each other, and get a different perspective.

Emma: Mm hmm.

Louise: But I really liked that.

Emma: Yeah, definitely, and- and I think like to have such, um, trust between the coworkers is great, when- when there’s a really transparent company and, um, like people are just open to sharing other ideas, so…

Louise: I think transparency’s really important. That’s a good point as well… Anyway, I’m sure I’ll find something.

Emma: Yeah, you have to just keep your radar open and- and keep looking, you’ll find it.

Louise: Yeah, well thanks for your advice.

Emma: Mm hmm.
