My Professional Strengths and Weaknesses

Vivian: I would say that some of my strengths are that I’m very, uh, consistent as a worker and I also persevere. So even if there’s a challenge that I face, I’ll do whatever is necessary to get the job done.

Vivian: I also work well with others in a team and feel that I really support my team members.

Vivian: Um, some of my weaknesses are that I can be a bit of a perfectionist, and by that I mean that I don’t want to finish a project until it’s done right and it’s done perfectly.

Vivian: Sometimes that can be a challenge because you can’t always achieve perfection.

Vivian: Um, overall I’d say that, um, those are my strengths and weaknesses and yeah, I guess one other weakness is that, um, I tend to work very independently.

Vivian: So sometimes, uh, even though I work well as a team, I also work well independently and might not be able to ask others for help.
