Navigating a career transition

When I transitioned from traditional engineering into the tech world, it felt like stepping into a completely new ecosystem. The biggest challenge was upskilling quickly—learning programming languages, understanding software architecture, and adapting to the fast-paced culture was overwhelming at first. There were moments when I felt out of my depth, and the steep learning curve often tested my perseverance.

What motivated me to make the leap was the desire to work on innovative solutions that could impact millions, rather than being confined to hardware projects with slower cycles. The most rewarding part has been seeing ideas come to life, collaborating with creative teams, and experiencing a sense of professional rejuvenation I hadn’t felt in years.

Looking back, the transition wasn’t just a career move—it was a chance to redefine my trajectory and engage in work that challenges me every day while keeping me excited about the future.
