How Do You Deal With Hot Summer Temperatures?

Jill: So, I just moved to a new apartment, and I don’t have air conditioning. So I’m basically melting. I know you were in Turkey for a while, and it can be really hot there. So, maybe you have some tips?

Nikki: Yes, oh my gosh, when I moved there, it was kind of a shock. Um, yeah, one way that helped me adjust to the super hot climate, um, I think, was altering my schedule.

Nikki: Like I used to try to only exercise or do errands in the morning or late in the day, like after the sun went down when the temperatures were cooler.

Nikki: I also changed my cooking habits. So, I didn’t even bother to use my oven, um, or blow dryer or like any appliance that created extra heat.

Jill: That’s a great idea. I should definitely do that cause it’s excruciatingly hot here.

Nikki: I feel for you!
