Creative Director & Director of Marketing
Position Summary
The Creative Director & Director of Marketing is a strategic, executive-level role responsible for the entire end-to-end management of the company’s brand identity, content production, and digital growth initiatives. This position oversees the successful execution of all marketing campaigns, manages content distribution platforms (email, social, website), and maintains the high-quality visual standards for all media, including courses, videos, and the company podcast.

Overseeing the strategy and execution of all digital campaigns, audience growth, and website performance.

Newsletter Production:
Direct creation, design, and copywriting for bimonthly subscriber newsletters, ensuring consistent brand voice and compelling calls-to-action. -

Subscriber Management:
Manage and maintain the subscriber Kit database (or equivalent platform) to ensure optimal list health, deliverability, and segmentation. -

Website Content & SEO:
Update and refresh website copy, and repurpose high-value newsletter content as blog posts to drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO). -

Performance Optimization:
Execute strategies focused on improving web ranking and SEO performance to maximize organic search traffic and discovery. -

Campaign Development:
Design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to drive interest and sales for upcoming offers and new product launches.
