What success means to you

When I think about the people I admire most, a few traits stand out. First is discipline—the ability to follow through even when the excitement fades. Then there’s ingenuity, the knack for finding clever solutions where others see obstacles. I’ve also noticed a quiet persistence; successful people rarely give up after the first setback, they see failure as part of the process.

For me, success isn’t about flashy titles or wealth—it’s about fulfillment. It’s the feeling that your work aligns with your values and that you’re making a meaningful contribution. Another trait I value is humility. The most accomplished people I know are grounded, open to learning, and generous with their time.

In my own life, I define success less by achievements and more by whether I’m growing, staying curious, and building relationships that matter. That, to me, feels like genuine success.
