The Restaurant Scene in Dublin
Penny: I haven’t lived in Dublin very long, but one thing that everybody says has changed a lot in the last ten years or so is, um, the variety of food that’s available.
Penny: Uh, used to be that you would really only find pub food and, kind of, classic Irish restaurants, and maybe some Chinese food, but that’s about it.
Penny: And now in Dublin you’re really beginning to see a cool restaurant scene with different types of Asian cuisines,
Penny: and other international, uh, cuisines as well, some fusion, and also some creative gastropubs, where they do more experimental things.
Penny: So, that’s really good. I love trying new restaurants, so I’m really glad that they’ve, um, they’ve kind of expanded their tastes that way.
