My Favorite Argentinian Restaurant

Okay, well let me tell you about my favorite restaurant. Uh, the restaurant’s name is El Guacho, which I think means, “the cowboy”. Um, it’s an Argentinian restaurant that does the most amazing steaks and side dishes.

Um, unfortunately, it’s quite expensive, so my wife and I, we usually only go on special occasions like a wedding anniversary, or if we have people coming to visit us. Um, but it is most definitely, uh, the best steak in town.

Uh, the meat is so tender. Um, it’s cooked to perfection. So, we both like our steaks medium rare and if you’re doing a fillet, uh, it can be quite difficult, but, uh, we’ve never been disappointed with this restaurant.
