Accommodation Review: Magical Honeymoon Resort

As part of our honeymoon, my husband and I wanted to spend a few days in Koh Lanta to relax after traveling across Japan and Northern Thailand.

We purchased the Fitness Fusion package which we highly recommend. For the amount of activities you get, the package really does pay for itself and gives you a truly luxurious experience.

When we arrived at the airport, a van came to pick us up and not just any other van but one that had a TV that rose from the console and had automatic reclining seats for the passengers. We were also provided with bottled water, a cold towel and mentos in the van. When we arrived at the resort, we were greeted by everyone under the sun; operations manager, activities manager, executive chef, owner of the resort, etc. We truly felt like royalty.

We had some dietary restrictions and the executive chef took the time to explain to us each dish served during dinner and breakfast. He even had other dishes prepared exclusively for us in case we didn’t feel like eating what was provided. How awesome is that?!

The massages were absolutely incredible! We highly recommend the signature massage for neck, shoulder and back relief. When you arrive to the spa, you are given a cold tea and cold towel. Afterwards, you are given hot ginger tea and a plate of fruit. The spa staff were super friendly. We liked the cold tea so much that the supervisor found us on our last day and gifted us a few tea bags. How sweet is that?

The activities supervisor organized our entire schedule which included a magical long tail boat tour across the mangroves. They surprised us with champagne and appetizers and treated us like royalty.

Overall the experience was magical and we highly recommend the resort! We will definitely be returning!
