My Strengths and Weaknesses

One of my strengths is adaptability. I’ve always been able to adjust quickly when circumstances shift, whether that’s moving to a new city or learning a new skill at work. Friends often describe me as resourceful, because I can usually find a creative solution even when the situation feels unpredictable. I think this comes from my curiosity—I enjoy exploring different approaches rather than sticking rigidly to one routine.

On the other hand, a weakness of mine is being overly self-critical. I tend to dwell on small mistakes long after they’ve happened, which sometimes undermines my confidence. For example, if I give a presentation and stumble over one sentence, I replay it in my head, even though the overall feedback was positive. I’m working on developing more self-compassion and reminding myself that mistakes are a natural part of progress, not evidence of failure.
