Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights regarding payments, cancellations and refunds.
1. General Refund Policy
- All payments for classes and class packages are non-refundable.
- Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
2. Rescheduling and Student Cancellation
- Students who cancels a class more than 12 hours before the scheduled time can reschedule at any time without any penalty.
- Students who cancel a class less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be charged the full price for the cancelled class.
- Extenuating Circumstances: In special cases, such as a medical emergency, illness or other significant event, there is no charge if a class is cancelled less than 12 hours before it starts.
- Students with active class packages are allowed FREE cancellations.
All course packages include FREE cancellations for added flexibility:
Preparation Course:
- 2 FREE cancellations with no notice.
- 12-Hour cancellation policy for all other class cancellations
Conversation Course:
- 4 FREE cancellations with no notice.
- 12-Hour cancellation policy for all other class cancellations
Fluency Course:
- 10 FREE Cancellations with no notice.
- 12-Hour cancellation policy for all other class cancellations
3. Instructor Cancellation
- If the instructor (Josh) cancels a class less than 12 hours before it is scheduled to start, the student will be able to reschedule the class.
- Technical Issues: In the rare event that the instructor experiences technical issues that prevent a class from taking place, a rescheduling option will be offered to the student.
- The student will be offered an additional free 30-minute class to compensate for any inconvenience caused when a scheduled class is cancelled by an instructor less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
4. Class Packages
- Preparation Course package is valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
- Confidence Course package is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- Fluency Course package is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Credits can be used to book 30-minute, 45-minute, 60-minute classes.
- Classes in a package must be scheduled within the validity period.
- Unused classes after the validity period expires cannot be refunded or carried over.
5. Class Credit Transfers
- Students may transfer unused class credits to one personal contact if they are unable to use all the class credits.
- The original validity period of the credits, as determined by the purchase date, will still apply.
- Class credits can only be transferred once, and this transfer is final.
- To initiate a class credit transfer, contact us via email or the contact form with the recipient’s details.
6. Credit Transfer Process
To request a class credit transfer, follow this process:
- Contact us via email at accounts@speakenglishgetfeedback.com or through the contact form on our website.
- Provide details of your refund request, including the reason.
- Include the contact details of person you want to transfer your credits to.
- Credit transfers will be processed within 5 business days.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Classes cancelled less than 12 hours before the start time (except for illness/emergencies).
- Classes missed by the student.
- Unused class credits that have gone beyond the package validity period.
